He is a respected industry speaker, who has held key leadership positions at State Street, Barclays Plc, and Royal Bank of Scotland, UK. 

 Ashima Jain brings 14+ years of cross-industry experience at the nexus of strategy, technology, and data. She has led market intelligence for European energy, driven enterprise-wide data improvement at British Gas, and delivered customer-centric technology solutions across hospitality and healthcare. An MBA in International Business, she combines analytical depth with executional rigour to help organisations achieve sustainable, long-term growth.

Rinat Abdrasilov is an experienced board leader and governance specialist with non-executive service across 14 boards in five countries, including chairing a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. A Cambridge MBA, he has worked for over 25 years leading  governance reform, digital transformation, and pre-IPO readiness.  He has been formally approved by financial regulators in four countries including UK FCA as SMF1, and is trusted by global development financial institutions as a qualified non-executive for their portfolio boards.  

With 26 years experience, Gracy Xavier has held senior leadership roles at global institutions including State Street, Northern Trust, and HCL. She specialises in operational risk, business operations, large‑scale transformation, and AI‑driven innovation. She has successfully managed global strategic programs, guiding organizations through complex platform migrations and embedding operational resiliency.
