Rinat Abdrasilov is an experienced board leader and governance specialist with non-executive service across 14 boards in five countries, including chairing a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. A Cambridge MBA, he has worked for over 25 years leading  governance reform, digital transformation, and pre-IPO readiness. Trusted by regulators and development institutions such as IFC and EBRD, Rinat is often appointed as the first independent director to strengthen oversight and build investor confidence.
