Our Founder and CEO brings over 20 years of global experience leading operational risk, regulatory change, and enterprise programs across a broad range of global organisations. Key leadership roles include 'Head of Business Risk Management at State Street', 'Head of Compliance Change PMO at Barclays Plc' and 'Head of Anti Bribery and Corruption change at Royal Bank of Scotland, UK'.
PJ has deep domain expertise and a track record of building high-performing teams and risk frameworks—including Risk and Controls self assessment (RCSA), incident management, and controls assurance. PJ helps clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes, execute on strategic changes whilst driving operational efficiency.
He is a Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) graduate, respected industry speaker, and subjet matter expert for risk and compliance function (including AI governance). He blends strategic vision with strong execution excellence to deliver measurable, business-aligned outcomes.
